Martin “Marty” Greenbaum, CFE, Senior Marketing Strategist

Greenbaum’s professional career began in the early 1980’s with the family franchise business, the predecessor to what is known as today as PostNet. Over the eight years of employment, Greenbaum was involved in over 500 store openings and provided marketing strategy and support to our national network of over 800 locations.

In 1991, Greenbaum founded Creative Dynamics, Inc., a well-respected full-service agency serving the Las Vegas community and a host of regional and national accounts. The firm specialized in a variety of industries to include gaming, real estate, manufacturing, franchising, and healthcare. Creative Dynamics was sold in 2001 at a profit to pursue an innovative online business that would provide professional marketing services and resources to small-to-medium sized businesses (SMBs).

In 2001, Greenbaum joined Health Imaging Inc. as Vice President of Marketing and Business Development. Health Imaging Inc. developed joint venture partnerships with leading national radiology groups to bring an emerging technology for cancer detection called Positron Emission Tomography (PET) to communities across the nation. Greenbaum developed the referral-based marketing and physician education programs that enabled Health Imaging to successfully launch into new markets and open diagnostic facilities that offered PET Scanning. Greenbaum also deployed a variety of public education, advertising, physician educational programs which resulting in quick adoption of the new technology that generated millions in revenue for each location.

After visiting his brothers (PostNet leadership) at the International Franchise Expo in 2003, Greenbaum decided to launch a new agency that would be focused on the needs of franchisors. In early 2004, Greenbaum Marketing was born and quickly became one of the most respected agencies in franchising. In 2014, we shifted our focus away from full-service marketing, creative and web services to marketing strategy and consulting. Today Greenbaum Marketing Strategy helps franchisors strengthen consumer marketing, grow their online success, and find qualified franchisee candidates.

In addition to franchisor clients, Greenbaum has worked with many of the most respected franchise suppliers, providing them with marketing and online strategies.

My love for creativity began in my youth as a natural talent that I have nurtured for over 50 years. What began as an affinity to the fine arts, evolved into computer graphics and ultimately operating two creative agencies. I have always been an on-hands strategist that understands the power of great creative. I have worked with some incredible clients and creative talents through the years, brainstorming brand positioning, creating marketing campaigns, websites, and so much more, always raising the bar on how brands communicate.

The way I differ the most from traditional marketing consultants is my unique ability to breathe life into strategy, create compelling content and enhance the communication process through great design.
